Ebony Johnson serves as the Director of Operations and has been with Cetechs since 2016. She has a Master of EducationM.Ed. from Arizona State University. She is dedicated to supporting the company’s mission of providing quality professional services. She is known for assisting workers in all aspects of company operations, from administrative to engineers. Her ability to quickly assess situations and learn on the spot has enabled her to make far-reaching decisions for the company, contributing to net growth and fostering a welcoming environment for all employees.
Howard Hankerson serves as Cetechs Executive Vice President. He is responsible for establishing strategic business partnerships, Teaming, Joint Venture development, and Mentor-Protégé agreements with select, Small, SBA 8(a), HUBZone, Veteran-owned, and Large Business Partners that share the Cetechs business synergy, corporate culture, integrity, and business ethics. Howard is based in the Washington, DC metro area enabling him to have direct access with a variety of federal government agencies and our strategic business partners. Howard holds a bachelor’s degree in biologyand master’s degree in business administration.
Tracy D. Williams, Vice President of Human Capital, has greater than 20-year experience specific to the programs management of government contracts. She brings wide-ranging knowledge of day-to-day operational activities and functions for healthcare, administrative and technical services government contracts, and task orders across federal and state government agencies. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from University of Maryland University College. Coupled with her deep industry knowledge, and experience in federal government contracting, Tracy is uniquely qualified to manage the high-energy world of program management at Cetechs.
Lilibeth Suba has been with Cetechs since 2021. She serves as the Director of Accounting, managing all aspects of accounting operations and ensuring the integrity and quality of Cetechs’ accounting practices. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting with over 30 years of experience in Financial Reporting, Cash Management, Internal Controls, Budgeting and Forecasting. Prior to joining Cetechs, Lilibeth led a team of accounting professionals from various industries including real estate, manufacturing, business process outsourcing, insurance, and medical services.
